Medi-Cupping/Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin to create suction. The cups may be left if one place for a short time or moved around.  People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.*  Cupping therapy may also be known as Myofascial Decompression, Massage Cupping, Medi-cupping, and Vacuum Therapy.  Here at Texas Sports Massage, we do Medi-cupping using a machine which regulates the amount of suction and time.
